Such a fantastic experience! Very fun and honestly pretty affordable thing to do in your day! Staff are so very friendly and extremely well knowledged on all the scents and candle making to make this the absolute perfect experience possible. Did not feel awkward in the slightest, was a very smooth comfortable candle making experience and I was guided through the process very well so do not worry about if you're good enough or any of that because they will help you to make sure you are making a scent perfect for you! Can't recommend this place enough, I will definitely be returning.

I visited Mix Candle Co for the first ever, and it was a great experience. It was on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. Just be sure to call ahead if you're a walk-in. Anyway, there's someone there to guide and help you with your candle making process. I won't give all the details. Just know you're in good hands. If you can't come back to pick up your items, they offer to ship it for a fee. When my candles arrived, one was broken. I called and spoke to the manager, and she offered to make a new candle or said I could come back and remake it. I chose to have them make it. She shipped it out, and I just got it. If you're looking for something fun to do or just want to have a chill kinda day, check this place out. P.S. parking is very, very, very limited and hard to find.

This was an amazing experience. Probably one of my best experiences ever You make your candle out from scratch. You pick few fragrances out of hundreds of them. They also help you with what fragrances match, then you make a sticker for your candle, then you pick a jar, they are between 20 and 55$ depending on size. That, later give you the melted wax, you add your fragrances and mix. It takes an hour to harden and you can take it home with you Will definitely do this again

This place is so cool!! We took a trip from Illinois to explore Pennsylvania and we only planned one day in Pittsburgh. We decided we had to stop here and let me tell you, we did not regret it!!! Sara Jill (sorry if that is not how you spell it) was our guide throughout the entire process. She was kind and very patient with us. She gave us inpso when we drew mind-blanks. Sarah made our candle making process 10x better. If you ever go here, ask for her!!! Next time we are in town we will plan a few days for Pittsburgh and most definitely be back. Thank you Sara for making this wonderful experience so much fun and memorable!!!
